ABOUT

Tahleel was established in 2018 as private Sector Company.

Tahleel is a send-out testing service provider that specializes in delivering the world's highest quality testing with a wide testing portfolio in partnership with one of the world's pioneering and largest testing providers.

The main objective of Tahleel is to bring Genetic and Genomic Medicine technology to serve public in both government and private sectors conveniently such as NBS, NIPT and NGS Genomics analysis (Whole Genome Sequencing WGS, Whole Exome Sequencing WES, Any Panel, Array, Single Gene and others) in genomics diseases.

Also, we offer comprehensive genomic profiling with next generation sequencing. of DNA and RNA in hematologic neoplasms and solid tumors.

Both solid tumors (lung, colon, breast, etc) and hematologic malignancies (leukemia, multiple myeloma, etc) have molecular profiling tests available.

To date, genetic and genomic technology has a large barrier in clinical service due to the expensive cost and the institutes that can perform the tests are not widely available. Tahleel is well supported all patients and companies to have the best technology, TAT, quality and prices.

We are able to provide hospitals and clinicians anywhere in MENA region easy access to the most advanced genetic testing at globally competitive pricing and highest quality standards.

OUR SERVICES

CLINICAL GENOMICS

Whole Genome Sequencing

The genome comprises all of a person’s the DNA. The exome, the protein-coding portion of the genome, only accounts for about 1-2% of the genome. The exome is the part of our DNA that contains protein-coding genes, and accounts for approximately 1-2% of our total amount of DNA (genome). Whole Genome Sequencing is a genetic test that analyzes all of the DNA in a person’s Genome.

Whole Exome Sequencing

The exome is the part of our DNA that contains protein-coding genes, and accounts for approximately 1-2% of our total amount of DNA (genome). Whole Exome Sequencing is a genetic test that analyzes all of the genes (~22,000) that make up an individual’s exome.

CNGnome™

The CNGnome™ genetic test leverages genomic sequencing technologies and bioinformatics tools to detect large copy number changes (CNV) throughout the genome. First-line test for patients with intellectual disability or global developmental delays (Moeschler et al 2014 PMID: 25157020). First-line test for individuals with multiple congenital anomalies (Miller et al. 2010 PMID 20466091). Patients with autism/autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). Patients with suspected chromosomal imbalances including micro-deletion syndromes. Suspected uniparental isodisomy Suspected autosomal recessive condition due to close familial relations (consanguinity) Previously negative karyotyping and/or chromosomal microarray results. Determine breakpoints of chromosomal rearrangements previously detected by conventional cytogenetic methods, BAC arrays, and other less sensitive arrays

AnyPanel™

The AnyPanel™ test is exactly as it sounds, “any panel.” Whether you are choosing from a list of over 200 expertly-curated panels or creating your own custom panel, we strive to meet the needs of our clients and patients. Since the AnyPanel™ test can be customized based on a patient’s clinical symptoms and subsequent differential diagnosis, this test can be used in most instances where genetic testing is being considered.

BIOCHEMICAL SCREENING AND GENETICS

Newborn Screening

The StepOne® Comprehensive Biochemical Profile is one of the most comprehensive biochemical newborn screening tests in the world, with the ability detect more than 50 disorders in newborns from just a few drops of blood. The StepOne® Comprehensive Biochemical Profile is a newborn screening test that can detect more than 50 disorders in newborns from just a few drops of blood.

Biochemical and Metabolic Testing

Our complete biochemical testing menu pairs biochemical assays (such as enzyme analysis) with a multitude of genetic testing options to ensure that providers have both the tools that they need, along with the options that that they prefer, when treating and diagnosing biochemical and metabolic conditions.

Solid and Hematologic Tumors

The Solid Tumor Profile Plus

test combines the analysis of 434 DNA genes with targeted transcriptome sequencing (RNA) of more than 1600 genes to provide a comprehensive evaluation of cancer that includes detection of single-nucleotide variation, copy-number variation, gene expression levels, and fusions irrespective of their partner genes. In addition, the test is designed to detect microsatellite instability (MSI), tumor mutation burden (TMB), homologous recombination repair (HRR) mutations, and homologous recombination deficiency (HRD). Other notable features include evaluation for MET exon 14 skipping, EGFRvIII, AR-V7, TERT promoter mutations, DYPD gene polymorphism for prediction of toxicity to fluoropyrimidine therapy, and RNA levels of CTLA4, PD-L1, and PD-L2. The provided information helps in determining prognosis, designing a therapeutic approach, and predicting response to immunotherapies, targeted therapies, and precision medicines. It may also aid in biomarker discovery.

The Solid Tumor Profile

is designed to analyze the molecular abnormalities of DNA in various solid tumors including cancers of the lung, pancreas, brain, colon, breast, ovary, endometrium, thyroid, head and neck, and soft tissue (sarcoma and GIST). GTC always recommends adding RNA analysis to our Solid Tumor Profile to provide a complete answer. RNA helps provide additional clinically actionable information on fusions, gene expression, mutations immunophenotyping, and more. The Solid Tumor Profile provides physicians with clinically actionable information. This profiling covers abnormalities in single-nucleotide and indels in 434 genes. All exons of the 434 genes are covered and evaluated for abnormalities. In addition, the test is designed to detect microsatellite instability (MSI), tumor mutation burden (TMB) and homologous recombination deficiency (HRD). Significant amplification in various genes can also be detected and reported. The provided information helps in determining prognosis, designing a therapeutic approach and predict response to therapy.

Hematology Profile Plus

combines expression and fusion with mutation analysis in DNA and RNA. The test covers 284 DNA genes and more than 1600 RNA genes. This is a comprehensive evaluation for all hematologic neoplasms. Hematology Profile is designed to profile the molecular abnormalities in various hematologic neoplasms. The test analyzes the DNA of 284 genes that are associated with hematologic cancers.
